Se puede aceptar que esta firma no es elegible para el derecho de autor y está en el dominio público, debido a que no alcanza el nivel de originalidad requerido para la protección de los derechos de autor tanto en Estados Unidos como en el país de origen (si es de otro país). En este caso, se afirma que el país de origen (el país de la nacionalidad del sujeto de la firma) es Rusia.
